For young and oldSunday is Mother's Day – two simple and quick craft ideas
Mother's Day is just around the corner!
It is well known that mothers are most happy about something their children have made themselves. We have two simple and quick craft ideas for you in the video that your children are guaranteed to have fun with and have a lot of fun on Sunday!
Make heart pendants for Mother's Day
To make the heart pendants you need family photos, construction paper, scissors and a pencil. First, you should make a heart template out of a piece of cardboard so that all the hearts are the same size at the end. Then cut out a few hearts out of cardboard for the pendant. For a personal touch, place the stencil on the family photos and cut out a beautiful heart-shaped section of the image. Finally, three cardboard heart shapes and two photo hearts are glued together to form a pendant. To do this, you have to bend the hearts in the middle and then stick two halves together to create a chain. A string is glued between the last two halves and the pendant is finished.

Design a heart card
To make the second gift idea so personal, we again need a personal photo – ideally of the child or children in a kissing hand pose. You also need a card, cardboard and, ideally, a punching machine for heart shapes. It is important that there is still a lot of white space in the photo and that the child can only be seen at the edge of the photo if possible. First, stick the photo on the front of the card. You can then use a punching machine to punch small red hearts out of cardboard and stick them onto the photo so that it looks like you are kissing hearts. Alternatively, you can form the hearts with a red ink pad and fingerprints.
