Is Erik now being followed by a new man?
After the emotional chaos surrounding Erik (Patrick Heinrich) and Matilda (Anna-Katharina Fecher), Toni (Olivia Marei) is emotionally completely beside herself in “Good Times, Bad Times”. All the more surprising: Suddenly there is a kiss with her colleague Holger “Schmitti” Schmitt. But is this the beginning of a new love – or just a short-circuit reaction? You can see what the actors say about it in the video.
The scene is a topic of conversation: Tony sees Eric come out of the masonry – and makes an impulsive decision. Actress Olivia Marei explains the situation like this: “She sees Erik coming out of the masonry. She then thinks: I'll show you, I can have fun too. And then she plants her mouth on Schmitti's mouth.”
A moment full of defiance and emotions – but not one that is thought through for long. Rather, it shows how much Toni struggles internally with the situation and tries to regain control.
However, anyone hoping for a new romance will be disappointed. For the actors themselves it is clear: the kiss has no deeper romantic meaning. “It wasn’t a magic moment,” explains Olivia Marei. Instead, the situation is one thing above all for Toni: unpleasant.
“She needs her work so much right now and now she's making such a mistake. It's just unpleasantly embarrassing. I suffered so much as Olivia,” she reveals. Colleague Timo Hastenpflug also doesn't see this as the beginning of love – rather, the kiss remains an emotional slip in an already complicated phase for Toni.
What's next in the neighborhood? RTL shows this every Monday to Friday from 7:40 p.m. on “Good Times, Bad Times”. There are already new episodes on RTL+ seven days before TV broadcast.
