More sun, milder weather during the day and a continued risk of frost at night characterize the weather in Hesse this week.

Hesse faces cold nights with frost on the ground

The Temperatures are rising like last week to 18 to 22 degrees, in the higher mountains to around 16 degrees. The wind is light to moderate from the northwest. On the night of Friday (April 24th) it will initially be slightly cloudy, but as it progresses the cloudiness will increase from the north, where it can become foggy and cloudy in places. It stays dry. The temperature drops to 4 to 1 degrees, in valleys and hollows to 0 degrees. “More widespread frost is expected near the ground,” said the weather experts. However, the risk of frost is decreasing across Germany.
On Friday it will be clear, partly cloudy in the north, but still free of precipitation. The maximum temperatures are between 14 and 17 degrees in the north and in the higher mountains, and 17 to 21 degrees in the south. The wind in Hesse blows weak to moderately from the northwest.
