
An argument escalated at a bus stop in Erlensee in the Main-Kinzig district. Three teenagers and a man clashed. The police are looking for witnesses.
Erlensee – An incident occurred in Erlensee in the Main-Kinzig district on Friday afternoon (April 17th). Three young people between the ages of 13 and 16 got into a fight with a 33-year-old man. The incident took place near the Am Rathaus bus stop, as announced by the Southeast Hesse Police Headquarters in Offenbach.
Young people fight with 33-year-old at bus stop
According to the current status of the police investigation, the three young people passed the man who was sitting at the bus stop in downtown Erlsensee around 4:50 p.m. on Friday. They are said to have used insulting words at him, whereupon the man ran after them.
A physical altercation later developed. “It is said that there were also mutual punches and kicks. The 33-year-old man suffered injuries and had to be treated medically in hospital,” explained police spokeswoman Claudia Benneckenstein.
A blood sample was also taken from the man. The police in Langenselbold are now investigating suspected mutual bodily harm. Since the statements of those involved are contradictory, the officials are asking other witnesses to contact the investigators on (06183) 911550.
Meanwhile Con artists recently stole 25,000 euros from a man from the Main-Kinzig district. A caller pretended to be an employee of the fraudster's bank. Using a pretext, the fraudster got the man to log into his online banking using a SecureApp and grant approval.
