Flea market, music and cuisine: The Hünfeld spring market offers a varied program and invites you to stroll and enjoy.
Hünfeld – The Hünfeld spring market on Saturday and Sunday, April 18th and 19th, is in the starting blocks, as the city of Hünfeld announces. For visitors there are around 75 market stalls in the city center, a flea market on both days, Sunday shopping, a bicycle bazaar and the handmade market on the Anger. City-Marketing Hünfeld invites you to the colorful market activity in the city center on both days from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Spring market in Hünfeld with flea market, music and culinary delights
In addition to floristry and decoration, household items, information stands from clubs, natural cosmetics, handicrafts and leather goods, there are also plenty of culinary delights. From grilled specialties to fish rolls and burgers to crepes and ice cream – there is something for every taste. A children's carousel also provides entertainment for younger guests.
There are lots of new products and great promotions in the Hünfeld shops on Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Hünfeld restaurateurs are also looking forward to pampering their guests. On Sunday Janine Sauer will provide musical entertainment. From 12:30 p.m. she will perform live in front of the town hall together with her guitarist.
Another event is the flea market on Fuldaer Berg, which takes place on both days from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Here visitors can search for used items and special bargains. Also on the program is the Lions Club's bicycle bazaar, which will be held on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Sparkasse Hünfeld parking garage on Gartenstrasse. Bicycles can be dropped off for acceptance on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The proceeds from the bazaar benefit regional children and youth projects.
The Hünfeld handmade market on Sunday (April 19th) will once again be a visitor magnet, as the city announces. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Anger is transformed into a paradise for craftsmanship, design and special moments of enjoyment. Twelve selected exhibitors present their handmade unique pieces – including jewelry made from natural stones, glass bead art, decorative items, macrame and crochet art and much more.
A special highlight are Italian delicacies such as limoncello, coffee liqueur and homemade jams. The market is organized by Elisabeth Malkmus in collaboration with City-Marketing Hünfeld.
Already at the end of March A spring market run by the “Antonius: Together Human” community foundation attracted many visitors led to the foundation's main premises in Fulda.
