
After a fare evasion on the ICE from Frankfurt to Fulda, a woman insulted and physically attacked federal police officers.
Fulda – After an alleged evasion on an ICE train, a woman in Fulda put up considerable resistance against federal police officers. The incident occurred on Saturday, March 28, at 11:55 a.m.
According to the Federal Police Inspectorate in Kassel, the woman used the ICE 2507 from Frankfurt am Main to Fulda. She fell asleep on the train and the train staff couldn't wake her up. The Deutsche Bahn traffic center then contacted the federal police in Fulda and asked for support.

According to the information, the patrol found the woman still sleeping on the train, but was able to wake her up. At the beginning of the police action, the 32-year-old was uncooperative and insulted the officers. According to the federal police, she then attacked the police officers with kicks and spat in both of their faces.
The officers took the woman to the ground and handcuffed her. Other police officers put a spit protection hood on her and she was then taken to the police station. According to police, the woman calmed down there and followed the instructions. A breath alcohol test and a blood sample could be carried out.
There were no injuries. As the federal police also report, the 35-year-old Hungarian was in custody from 12 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. before she was able to leave the office again after police measures were completed.
The Federal Police Inspectorate in Kassel has begun investigations and initiated criminal proceedings for physical attacks on law enforcement officers.
There was another police operation recently on the regional express between Fulda and Neuhof. A 19-year-old had apparently been sprayed with pepper spray by a peer.
