And suddenly HE brings out “the Latino”!
Samba is considered the supreme discipline – Latin dance is fast, technically challenging and completely new territory for Joel Mattli. He explains in advance that it was “the most strenuous week of training” for “Let's Dance” for him. But there is really no trace of the initial doubts in Show 3. The “Ninja Warrior” star delivers. And is rewarded with the first 10 points from Joachim Llambi.
Okay, GZSZ Star got the first 10 points of the season last week Jan Kittmann away. He got the highest score from Motsi Mabuse and Jorge Gonzalez – only Joachim Llambi held back with 9 points.
In the third “Let's Dance” show the time has come: While this time his colleagues hold up the 9-ball, Mr. Llambi takes care of the verdict Joel Mattli and Malika Dzumaev for the surprise of the evening. The Samba gets a solid 10 points from him! The first time that the judge has awarded so many points this season.
“You didn’t dance the waltz badly last week,” Llambi once again refers to Joel’s last performance, for which he received 20 points: “It was just a bit official-like. Today we put the insurance man in the corner and got the Latino out again. He praises the rhythm, the cooperation and the action – “you were excellent,” the otherwise rather critical juror says to himself with enthusiasm.
A performance that is ultimately rewarded with 28 points. For a samba… WOW!
