Fulda – On May 27, 2026, Manuel Rippert was appointed judge at the Fulda Regional Court. The certificate of appointment, which was signed by the Hessian Minister of Justice and the Rule of Law, Christian Heinz, was presented to him by the Vice President of the Regional Court, Jörg Latsch. With the presentation of this certificate, Rippert was appointed judge for life. The Fulda regional court announced this in a press release.

“Mr Rippert is a committed and qualified lawyer who has already proven himself in many areas of law,” said Jörg Latsch, praising the decision of the Hessian Ministry of Justice.
“I congratulate him on his lifetime appointment and look forward to further cooperation at the Fulda Regional Court,” added the Vice President of the Fulda Regional Court. Manuel Rippert, 30 years old and from Petersberg, completed his high school diploma at the Richard Müller School in Fulda.
He then studied law at the Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg and passed the first state examination in law there in 2020. After his legal clerkship at the Fulda Regional Court, he passed the second state law examination in September 2022.
In January 2023, Rippert joined the judiciary Hesse a. He initially worked at the Bad Hersfeld district court and the Hünfeld district court, where he dealt with civil and administrative offense proceedings. From June 2023, he worked in civil proceedings at the Hünfeld District Court and in the criminal division for youth, child protection, economic and complaint matters at the Fulda Regional Court.
Since January 2024, he has been handling first-instance criminal cases in the jury chamber as well as criminal enforcement matters at the Fulda Regional Court.
