There is a big royal celebration in Gloucestershire today (June 6th): Princess Anne's son Peter Phillips is getting married and Princess Kate is causing a stir as a wedding guest.

Princess Kate impresses in £750 gown

Princess Kate (44) made an elegant appearance at the wedding of Peter Phillips (48) and Harriet Sperling (45). The 44-year-old wore a £750 Roland Mouret dress and matching summer hat as she arrived at All Saints Church in Gloucestershire alongside husband Prince William, 43, according to the Daily Mail. Kate's short-sleeved, light-colored, full-skirt outfit was detailed with buttons at the front.

According to the report, Kate was greeted with loud cheers from onlookers when she arrived with William. In addition to the two of them, many other high-ranking royals took part in the royal wedding. Among others, King Charles (77) and Queen Camilla (78) as well as Prince Edward (62) and his wife Sophie (61) were there to celebrate their son's wedding with Princess Anne (75).

Camilla beamed as she waved to well-wishers in a glamorous butter yellow coat dress, while Zara Tindall, 45, the groom's sister, stood out in a blue Rebecca Vallance dress which she teamed with silver pumps.

Only Prince Harry is missing from the royal wedding
