WHO will win the dance crown?
The big “Let’s Dance” finale will take place on Friday evening (May 29th) – live on RTL and RTL+ from 8:15 p.m. Then Anna-Carina Woitschack, Joel Mattli and Milano and their partners fight for the dance crown. Milano reveals exclusively to RTL.de what the title would mean to him and what he plans to do with his dance partner Marta afterwards!
Milano and Marta dream of vacation after the “Let’s Dance” finale
For Milano and Marta it's first the final, then maybe feet in the sand. Shortly before the two dance for the “Let's Dance” crown, Milano has a sunny promise in store. “I promised Marta that I would invite her to Dubai,” he says. Dubai or Thailand, “or anywhere,” he adds with a laugh. “I’m always open to sun, sand by the sea,” says Milano. If Marta feels like it, they could fly away for a few days after the finale.

For Milano, this trip would also be a thank you to the woman who carried him through this season. “Marta and I are really, really special,” he says. He “really feels like” he’s known her for over ten years. “We think alike, we talk alike,” says Milano. Without her he wouldn’t be “the Milanese I am today,” he explains.

Before bags are packed, the biggest evening of the season awaits. “I am extremely tired, but extremely focused”says Milano. In the finale he and Marta dance tango, samba and freestyle. The tango is “our hardest dance,” he says. Samba, on the other hand, is her favorite dance. The audience called for an encore the first time. “That’s why we thought we’d give our community an encore,” he explains.
In freestyle, Milano lives his childhood hero
The freestyle will be particularly emotional for Milano. He and Marta dance as Spiderman. “I was a huge Spiderman fan as a little kid,” he says. Milano describes that he was convinced at the time that he was Spiderman himself. Today he recognizes himself in the character. “A superhero who maybe doesn’t always believe in himself,” he explains. That's exactly where Marta comes into play. “Sometimes I don’t believe in my steps, in myself,” says Milano. Marta will then get him back on track.

Milano about his new self
The trophy would be more than just a shiny title for him. “If you really believe in something, if you are really motivated, if you really want something,” you can do it, he explains. Something changed because of the show. “There is a Milano before Let's Dance. And now I can say there is also a Milano after Let's Dance,” he says. He comes out of this adventure “as a completely new person”.
Milano doesn't want to stand still for long. After the show, the tour and first album await. “There’s still dancing, there’s a lot of music being made,” he says.
