A pedestrian was injured in an accident on Olympia Street on Saturday afternoon after a car ran over his foot.
Fulda – According to the East Hesse police headquarters, the collision occurred on Saturday around 4:30 p.m. on Olympiastrasse in Fulda. A 74-year-old man from Fulda was driving his Dacia towards Westring when he apparently overlooked a pedestrian next to the vehicle.
Driver misses passer-by – car rolls over foot
The pedestrian fell when he came into contact with the car, and his foot was then run over by the car, the police said. The injured man was taken to hospital for further evaluation of his injuries. There appeared to be no damage to the car.
A few hours later there was one in the Vogelsberg district Accident with two seriously injured young men. A car crashed into a tree.
