Michi draws the line!
At GZSZ there is an emotional separation: Michi (Lars Pape) ends the relationship with Yvonne (Gisa Zach). Because he then draws a final line in the sand. Actor Lars Pape reveals in the video why his role can't do anything else.
Michi has to face the facts at GZSZ
Actually, the signs point to a new beginning – but on the very day of the divorce it becomes clear that Yvonne Is not yet internally ready to finally come along Jo Gerner to complete. She doesn't show up at the office to sign the papers. A big blow for Michi. Because even though he knows that Yvonne has feelings for him, this moment clearly shows that Gerner still plays a crucial role in her life. This is too much for Michi. He draws the conclusions and ends the relationship – with a heavy heart, but determined. Actor Lars Pape gives insights into Michi's emotional world and explains his character's decision: “He loves her and yet he knows that things can’t go on like this.”

“I think there’s a lot of vulnerability there!”
Yvonne's behavior on the day of the divorce particularly affects Michi. “The fact that she didn’t go to the office to sign the divorce papers really upset Michi,” says Pape. Old wounds also play a role: “I think there's a lot of vulnerability there and yet I think that's exactly how he feels it because he's also digging into his past a bit and this isn't the first time that he's been disappointed. And that all comes with it.”
For Michi, the separation is not only a reaction to the moment, but also a protective mechanism to protect herself from further pain. Will he succeed?
