
A fire destroyed a garage in Petersberg on Tuesday evening. The fire caused damage of around 60,000 euros.
Petersberg – The fire department was called to Heckenstrasse in Petersberg on Tuesday around 9 p.m. A garage there had caught fire, as the police told our newspaper on Wednesday morning when asked.

According to reporters on site, the garage had been used as a workshop. When the emergency services arrived, it was ablaze. A cloud of smoke was visible from the distance.
Around 30 people from the Petersberg fire department were at the scene to put out the fire. According to police, the flames caused damage worth around 60,000 euros.
