Rodenbach – A fire broke out at night in Rodenbach Main-Kinzig district the fire brigade and police were deployed. According to initial estimates, the fire caused damage of around 200,000 euros – according to current knowledge, no one was injured.

The flames broke out on Friday night (March 27) around 2 a.m. on Leipziger Strasse. A total of five garages built in a row were damaged, some of them significantly. The heavy smoke development also left clear marks on an adjacent residential building: the facade was heavily covered in soot.
The alerted emergency services managed to bring the fire under control and prevent the flames from spreading to other buildings. The cause of the fire is currently unclear. The criminal police have started the investigation.
