
The insolvency proceedings over the assets of Kebasa GmbH (doorout.com) have been opened. An insolvency sale in Fulda runs until March 21st.
Fulda – The insolvency proceedings were opened on March 1st and lawyer Ritzenhoff were appointed as insolvency administrators. This is reported by the Fulda insolvency administration Flöther & Wissing. According to the announcement, the cause of the insolvency is a poor liquidity situation, as Kebasa recently no longer had sufficient financial resources to purchase new goods.
Doorout closes due to bankruptcy – sales until March 21st
The managing director then filed for insolvency. The insolvency administrator says he has tried to find an investor for the company, but the search has so far been unsuccessful.
The doorout team is now saying goodbye to its customers with a bankruptcy sale. A bankruptcy sale is currently taking place at Frankfurter Straße 62 in Fulda until Saturday, March 21st, during which all remaining goods will be sold at special prices.
Already The company filed for bankruptcy for the first time in September 2024. Back then, however, he had Company founder Roland Brotzmann took over management of the business again and thus ensured a – temporary – rescue. (ths)
