Three dances. One last evening. No more excuses.
In the “Let's Dance” finale in 2026, the three finalists have to give it their all once again. That's exactly what Joachim Llambi and Motsi Mabuse are already preparing for. It is clear to the jury that the final day will not only be emotional, but also really demanding.
One dance in particular is likely to be a real test for the celebrities. “Of course they first have to deliver in the jury dance,” says Joachim Llambi clear. It won't be easy, because “a lot of basic steps are required” and good partner dancing also has to be good.
This is followed by the favorite dance. Llambi sees this as the most familiar task on the final evening. But when it comes to freestyle, it's all about everything. How is the performance received by the audience? What mood is created in the studio? And how does the jury rate this last big performance? For Llambi, these are “three very different things” that the finalists have to bring together.
Also Motsi Mabuse doesn't start a cuddle course before the finale. Of course the finalists can enjoy the moment. After all, they have a complete season behind them. But from her point of view it is still far too early to sit back.
“We will sleep after the final!” says Motsi clearly. First of all, it's time to step on the gas. The finalists should show everything so that they don't regret anything later. That is exactly her clear message to the couples.
Joachim Llambi and Motsi Mabuse expect nothing less than full performance, clean technology and a lot of final energy. Whoever wants to win the “Dancing Star” trophy at the end now has to prove once again that they really deserve this title.
