Through regular encounters on the street, collaboration with local clubs, schools and institutions, and participation in local events, Janka Dierl would like to embody a citizen-oriented and citizen-friendly police force. Its goal is to provide information in many areas of prevention.

“Prevention means looking and listening early on – as an on-site police officer, I am always approachable and look forward to contact at eye level and constructive exchange,” she explains. The concept of the “on-site protection woman” or “on-site protection man” is a central component of the “Compass” project, which was launched by the Hessian Ministry of the Interior.

“Compass” stands for the KOMmunalProgrAmm security seal. Most recently, Künzell joined the Kompass family. The aim of the project is to work with citizens, municipalities and local security partners to develop tailor-made solutions to local challenges and to individually improve security structures.

In order to reach as many people as possible, local community consultation hours are planned in the future. These will be announced via the information channels of the Southeast Hesse Police Headquarters. Janka Dierl can be contacted at the Gelnhausen police station by phone on (06051) 827105 or by email svo-gelnhausen.ppsoh@polizei.hessen.de reachable.
