Vanessa Trump has announced that she has breast cancer. The 48-year-old ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. addressed her followers with a personal message on Instagram. In it, she not only announced the diagnosis, but also that she had already had a medical procedure carried out at the beginning of this week.
“I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While this is not news you would expect, I am working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” Trump wrote. She expressed her express thanks to the doctors who performed the procedure.

The diagnosis hits Vanessa Trump at a time that is already stressful for her. Her boyfriend, professional golfer Tiger Woods, was most recently in court for drunk driving and refusing a urine sample. He pleaded not guilty April 1, according to documents obtained by People magazine. Woods then completed six weeks of treatment abroad and returned to his home in Jupiter, Florida on May 13th.
According to People, people close to the couple say that Woods is taking his recovery seriously and wants to close this chapter. Vanessa Trump is determined to help him “continue his progress and put further public scandals behind him – which both of them deeply detest.” About the relationship it was said: “Vanessa and Tiger are in love, still together and happy to see each other again.”
