
A 24-year-old driver left the A66 near Bad Soden-Salmünster, broke through a fence and ended up on a dirt road.
Bad Soden-Salmünster – A Toyota driver left the road on the A66 on Monday morning. Shortly after 6 a.m., the 24-year-old lost control of his black Toyota Corolla between Bad Soden-Salmünster and Steinau, broke through a fence and came to a stop on a gravel dirt road next to the motorway. This was announced by the police headquarters in Southeast Hesse.

The driver was slightly injured and taken to a hospital. His vehicle was no longer drivable. According to the police, the damage caused amounts to tens of thousands of euros.

A high-quality Porsche also recently came off the A66. The unknown driver simply left the demolished car and left the scene of the accident without permission.
