Almost a year after the violent death of 21-year-old Emma from Laußnitz, there are new, serious allegations from her father. In an Instagram post, he wrote that he had learned from a senior official that there were still parts of his daughter's bones in the medical examiner's office.

Specifically, he names parts of the skull and ribs. He writes: I repeat this because it is so sick: Emma has been dead for almost a year – and there are still parts of her bones lying there.” Emma's father continued: “I am so incredibly angry that I have no words.”
According to his own words, what hits him particularly hard is that the family didn't know anything about it until now. His central accusation is that parts of the body were not buried after the burial. Instead of finally finding peace, the family will now have to have the grave opened again in order to bury Emma again.
This is what the public prosecutor says about the allegations
RTL confronted the Dresden public prosecutor's office with the allegations. With reference to privacy protection and the non-public main hearing, it is said that no specific information about the case can be provided. At the same time, the authority explains that legal information requirements were complied with “in a timely manner” and that the family was contacted accordingly.

Emma was stabbed to death at an illegal rave in the woods
Emma was found dead in a forest near Laußnitz in May 2025 after an illegal rave. According to the autopsy report, the 21-year-old was stabbed, and 107 stab wounds were found. Her 16-year-old friend was arrested, and in March 2026 the Dresden Regional Court ruled that there were neither signs of murder nor a femicide. Emma's father was stunned after the verdict.
The chamber classified the crime as manslaughter and attributed it primarily to the young person's serious mental illness and the consumption of narcotics. The 16-year-old does not have to go to prison, but will be kept in a psychiatric hospital for an indefinite period.
